Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Most orders arrive at your door in 2-4 days, and we offer various shipping options from USPS Priority (free with orders of $25.00 or more) to FEDEX/UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Overnight.

Shipping Rates:

USPS Priority: $5.50 (Free with an order of $25 or more)(USA Only)

USPS Priority To Canada: $20.00

FEDEX/UPS Ground: $10.95 (USA Only)

FEDEX/UPS 2nd Day Air: $32.95 (USA Only)

FEDEX/UPS Overnight: $49.95 (USA Only)

Note: In our experience USPS Priority is delivered faster than FEDEX/UPS Ground, usually by a day or two.


Packaging

All of our products ship in plain packaging with a non-identifying return label.  Because of this, you can be assured that the contents of your delivery remains a mystery.

Returns

Defective items can be returned, and we will replace defects with the exact same model. Undeliverable/refused packages will be returned to us and we will credit your account for the products only (you are still responsible for all shipping charges). You then have the option to give us a different or better address to ship to, or the order can be canceled.

If you are going to make a return, please send us a message on our contact form stating your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return.  This will help to ensure a speedy refund or substitute product. :-)

With this being the first time either my wife or myself have used marital aids, we were somewhat pleased with the results of this product initially. The downside, however, was its' propensity to shut off at random moments for a second or two at a time. At least twice, it was the absolute wrong time. In our opininon, the downside overwhelmingly outweighed the benefits of this product.
