• Do you price match?
  

  Answer: Yes we do.  See our price match policy below...

  Price Match Policy: While we strive to keep our prices competitive, sometimes you may find a product slightly cheaper at another site.  Because of this, Hookin' Up Holy will match the prices of other "Married-Couple-Focused" sex toy web sites that aim to help keep the marriage bed intimate, fun and holy.  Simply email us the name of the product(s) and the web address of the competing site that carries the same product(s) using our contact form.  We will then calculate the difference in cost and email you a coupon code for you to use during checkout that will adjust the price(s) accordingly.

• When will my order ship?
  

  Answer: Most orders placed by 5pm EST or 2pm PST Monday through Thursday will ship the next day.  Orders placed on Friday will ship at the beginning of the following week.

• Why don't I get a response to my emails from you?
  

  Answer: You will get a confirmation email anytime you place an order with us or when that order ships.  You will also get a response anytime you email us with questions on your order.  What happens more often than not is that our emails we send you are picked up by your spam filter and so you don't see them.  Make sure to add "hookinupholy.com" to the list of accepted domains on your spam filter to ensure you get any and all messages from us.  This will help get your order out in a more timely manner if there are any issues.

• How long will it take for me to receive my order?
  

  Answer: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier of your choice.  Most orders arrive at our customer's door in 2-4 days and in our experience USPS Priority is delivered a couple of days sooner than FEDEX or UPS Ground.  For this reason, it is usually better to take advantage of our free shipping rather than spend additional money for slower delivery.

• What kind of packaging can I expect?
  

  Answer: All shipments from Hookin' Up Holy are shipped in plain packaging with discreet non-identifying shipping labels.

• What do you do with my personal information?
  

  Answer: Your personal information is kept private and is only used for the completion of your order.  We do not sell your information to third parties and we do not add you to mailing lists.
