The smooth finish is the seller for me, it is comfortable for delicate tissues. Its shape fits my body just perfectly and the speed control is easy to manipulate. It could be a little quieter, in my opinion, and there could be more vibration in the tip. But otherwise this is a great product and I would recommend it!
